How does the process work?

A project begins with an enquiry, then a garment and material assessment, followed by redesign consultation, scope and quote, design approval, work, review, and collection.

Do you provide written scope details?

We provide a written alteration scope, and we confirm the work after checking the garment construction, fabric condition, and requested fit.

When is pricing confirmed?

A final quote is given after inspection. We do not promise an exact fit or exact material matches until the garment has been assessed.

How can I book an appointment?

Appointments are available in Chennai by phone, email, contact form, or fitting appointment. Monday to Friday are by appointment from 09:00 to 19:00, and Saturday is by appointment.
